Pure Steam Generator

Pure steam generator produces clean steam for sanitization and sterilization in pharmaceutical process.
Pure Steam quality needs to meet HTM2010 (EN285) requirements and cooled WFI meet CP/EP/USP.
Non-condensable gases: dry saturated steam containing not more than 3.5% v/v of non-condensable gases.
Dryness value: dryness value of not less than 0.9 (for metal loads not less than 0.95).
Superheat: The degrees of superheat measured in free steam at atmospheric pressure shall not exceed 25^o
